1) Your Account

• You must be of legal age to form a binding contract.
• Keep credentials secure; notify us of unauthorized use.
• You're responsible for activity under your account.

2) Your Stores & Content

• You own your content and are responsible for products, descriptions, pricing, taxes, compliance, and customer service.
• Do not list illegal/restricted items or infringe third-party rights.
• You grant Commert a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content to provide the Services.

3) Plans, Fees & Taxes

• Plan fees and any transaction/add-on fees are shown at checkout or in your admin.
• You authorize Commert and its payment providers to charge your payment method.
• You are responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting applicable taxes and for accurate tax settings.

4) Orders, Shipping & Returns

• You control inventory, shipping methods, delivery estimates, returns, and refunds.
• You must comply with consumer/e-commerce laws applicable to your business.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate laws or third-party rights; upload malware; attempt to bypass security; scrape without permission; misuse APIs; or engage in fraudulent/deceptive activity.

6) Third-Party Services

Integrations (gateways, logistics, analytics, apps) have their own terms and privacy policies. Commert is not responsible for third-party services.

7) Intellectual Property

The Services (software, brand, UI/UX) are owned by Commert or its licensors. Except as permitted, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.

8) Beta/Experimental Features

Some features may be labeled "beta" or similar. They are provided "as is," may change, and may be withdrawn.

9) Term, Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Services anytime. We may suspend/terminate for breach, risk, non-payment, legal requirements, or to protect the platform. Upon termination, access ends; provisions like IP, payments, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnities survive.

10) Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Commert will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; lost profits/revenue; or loss of data. Our aggregate liability related to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to Commert in the three (3) months before the claim.

12) Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Commert and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your content, products, use of the Services, or breach of these Terms.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at [Jaipur, India] have exclusive jurisdiction. The parties will first attempt amicable resolution within 30 days before approaching the courts.

14) Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
